Okay, I don't understand what they mean by Dead?

It runs right?

If it squeals, clean the front pulley's off and check to see if they need to be replaced.

Same with the belt and alternator, although I just cleaned mine and it worked.

Ok, but so are you. People here have asked what else your issues are. Describe how and when it stalls. Use your words

Stay muddy my friends

No, it can't. I'm sure that if water hydrolocked his motor it came in the normal way, right through the airbox.

If the engine runs, maybe you can start by what symptoms you were experiencing that caused you to take it to the dealer. Sounds like to me you fouled your clutch, maybe even sucked some mud into your cooling system through your reservoir(don't ask me how that happens, I've just seen it a few times on here). If you had Mud and water in your engine other than that it really wouldn't run.

I think dealer is wrong here. Motor will not run if hydro locked. Hydro lock is from water on top of piston, water does not compress in cylinder and locks up and usually will bent or break a connecting rod. If water in lower end and motor running oil will be milky color and will register high(above the full mark) on the dipstick. If motor running don't think it is dead
