That makes sense - they said it's around a 5-hour job, which I can totally see.

The shop (High Tech) has been great. They were deeply apologetic about not having a loaner car available for me, but maybe next time they will. Fortunately, I can Metro almost all the way out there, and Uber the rest of the way.
