I use to have an annoying as squeak in my seat on a dodge ram I owned. I use to spray it with WD40 and it would go away for a month or so. Never narrowed it down, just sprayed the shit out of everywhere I could see...

Headrest for sure. I stuff a black winter hat between my rear headrest and the seat. Chipmunk squeak is gone

2 options

1. take it to another dealer

2 if they tried to fix the problem 3 or more times & it's still not fixed have them buy it back

we spend way to much $$ on these Jeeps to have issues like this when thier new

I wouldn't worry about the seat, or just oil everything that is metal.
The steering issue is a big deal and needs to be addressed by the dealer. Your jeep only has 6000 miles. Keep bringing it in as inconvenient as it is. Tell them it is dangerous and needs some attention.

I removed my rear seat headrest for rear viability. No squeaks.

Thanks all for the tip on the head rests. I get that there will be rattles, growing up a jeeper I can live with most of em but this squeak is like nails on a chalk board.

Anyways yes the alignment issue is my main concern. The last time I took it to them they actually did a fairly decent job of getting the steering wheel centered and it would track fairly straight. But its been less than 500 miles since then and it's back as bad as ever. I haven't been wheeling or had any curb hits or anything of that nature to knock the alignment off. Thanks for all the help guys. I guess I need to take it to the place where I bought it which is nearly two hours away. I've been taking it to the local dealer.

BTW is there write up on how to remove the headrests?

My new 2012 started pulling to the right when I had a leveling kit installed at 4WD Store. They had aligned it and it still pulled so they installed these 2 offset cams. I don't know where they put them but the pulling stopped. The cams were made by ProComp and cost
me and extra $45.00 but man what a difference. She steers like a dream. Call up a 4WD store or go to one if there is one in your
town.
