Crank rubbed a wear spot on upper oil pan???

Based on your OP.. that engine should be covered by a warranty... at least all the REMAN engines I know about have a parts and Labor Warranty.. Something is NOT Right.. the crank should not be hitting the Pan.. something is not correct. Contact the engine Reman Company.
