Purchase the correct fluid, dilute 50/50 with distilled water and pour into overflow res. It should all be in the owners manual. If you don't have a manual it can be downloaded from the Jeep website.

To my knowledge you don't have to have the Jeep running or anything. Just full up the bottle to the MAX line and you should be good. |

Make sure you check your blinker fluid. If your coolant is low, then chances are that's low also.
