how long does it take to put the windows in the roll?? Im kind of thinking about buying this but if it takes a while id rather just wreck the windows n buy new ones in 2 years.

You mean once the windows are separated from the top?
Once they are off the Jeep, I'd say it takes maybe 2 or 3 minutes to get them in the roll, and roll it up. Great product.

jeep top depot.com has them for sale for a few bucks cheaper than Quadratec or 4WD Hardware and they have free shipping! (Northridge doesn't have them. I asked already.)

By the way, I just talked to the guy. He sounds like a great guy in the same league with David from Northridge. They sell a convert-a-top which allows you to run in safari mode without stretching out your back panels. Its about $30. He says that the TJ one will work with the 2-door JK. I'm very happy about that, because I've been looking for exactly that solution.

Just got off phone w/Bob at Clover Patch. Very nice man and helpful. Don't think I have problem after all but he was ready to send me another roll w/out hesitation to make it right. I will keep watching to see if they have new products, I also have their convert-a-top that works nice.
