Default Clockspring problem?

So, my '13 JKU decided that it had been to long since I took it to the mud. It let me know by honking at me for a good solid 30 seconds. Then, every time I unlocked the doors, whether manually or remote, the Jeep would honk at me again, always a single blast lasting about 30 seconds. I pulled the fuses. I recently put the fuses back in and now I cannot get the Jeep horn to operate at all.

Does anyone have experience with this?
