Cleaning the inside of the frame?
As I was washing the jeep I noticed a ton of dirt in the inside of my frame, so I was wondering if anybody knew a good method of cleaning the inside of your frame. Any help would be appreciated.

A hose in the frame holes works pretty well. I also like to take a pressure washer to all the pinch seams and places where mud can collect, it blows that stuff out really good.

Why bother keeps the next run mud out.
We'll all be dead and gone before this causes a failed frame issue on a JK
Be a little bit environmentally conscious and think about where that tap water that has been through a costly process to get to you comes from. Follow the previous guy's advice and take it to a riverbed and don't worry about screwing up the fish spawning beds....whatever...
Tread Lightly and use all the chemicals.....to keep it clean....

If they salt the shit outa the roads out there in Utah like they do here in PA your frame will rust out before that dirt hurts anything thing. Best thing to do is clean it after winter an it stays warm once the calcium chloride get wet an warm it actives an eat your vehicle

I realize this is a negative perspective, but why should I have to continually reduce the size of my already relatively small footprint, just so other people can also stand where I do?

Being from south Texas where water is always a issue I have learned to use it wisely. I cringe every time I see water running down the street and not soaking into some green stuff.

I understand your quip, but I don't agree. I see all the world's problem linked to exponential population growth and increasing population density.
