chopped fenders largest tires? with no lift...
ok so i've been searching around and couldn't find what i was looking for... i chopped my fenders and want to replace the tires i have they are 265/75-16 with no lift... no rubbing at all and no problems... i want to put these on summitracing.com/parts/ICT-LTB-08/?image=large[/url] 34x10.5-16 on my stock rims... i meassured my tires with my neighbors 33X12.5-15 and they are the same height... so i think i can pull it off... here are some pics... shameless tread to post picks of my ride...
so what do you think? i would be willing to add a washer to the steering stop screw... so i don't rub...

I asked the same question a while back and the general concensus was you can run 35's with flat or trimmed fenders with out rubbing at full flex.

I ran with chopped fenders, no lift and 35" MTZs for a few months - no rubbing and great when alone, but the rear did rub on trails with a couple of buddies and gear loaded. Now have 2.5" TF coil lift.
Note that 35" MTZs actually measure 33.5" diamter at 31psi, so you'll be close to rubbing with the tires you chose.

I have 315-70-R17 MTZs on Pro Comp 7105 17x9. @ 31psi they measure 33.75" diameter. I know 315-70 isn't exactly 35" but that's their term.
These are great tires for all conditions faced and I'm not knocking them, alot of other tires termed "35s" don't measure to 35" either.
