I don't see how the brake booster (round canister) sensor has anything to do with the evap system.

I'm gonna try and get a smoke test done this week. Hopefully it finds the problem

Another thing that I've read in other forums is the o2 sensor but it's a matter of finding out which one, for some reason none of the 3 obd2 scanners I have had hooked up read anything.
