My 2010 Unlimited has never done that.

I used to have an 03 liberty and it did the same thing. Anytime that I would switch where the air was coming from it would be on a delay. Same goes for my 07 wrangler. If it does it when you start it up and you dont have the air on the floor that might be a problem.

Same story here for my 07. I always thought this was normal.
