Default Drake Shifter Knob

has anyone installed the drake shifter knob yet for the 6 speed? I was wondering if removing the stock knob was difficult.

Yep, I installed both the 4wd shifter and 6speed shifter. If you put the transmission in second gear you can get a little more leverage when you pull the knob off. It does take a lot of force but once it releases careful so you don't hit yourself in the face.

Got my shift knob replaced under warranty for the nasty rattle that the diagram was doing....If you have warranty left take it in and they will change out for a new one!
