Default Brake Vacuum Booster

Is it normal to have some motor oil it the brake vacuum booster? Was installing my ARB compressor today and accidentally popped the master cylinder off and broke the vacuum so I had to go in the booster to dig out the seal. and noticed a small amount of oil in there, doesn't look or smell like brake fluid.

Well guess I will answer my own question. Pulled the brake master cylinder off and looked at the fluid a little closer. It appears black almost like motor oil but I believe it is brake fluid. The fluid is corrosive like brake fluid. It may have eaten some black paint in the booster which caused the discoloration. Oh well, off to order a brake master cylinder.
