When I wash my jeep by hand I use surf city garage top end on the soft top with a soft brush. surf City Gatage is suppose to clean and leave a protection behind. Wet the soft top, spray, and brush until you see a lot of foam. Rinse completely until water is clear and no suds. I clean the windows with the Mopar plastic window cleaner.
Overall the the top looks good.
I use 303 protectant once a year on a convertible that I have also.

Nice rig.
The key to soft tops is keeping them out of direct sun as much as possible. If no garage try to at least keep under cover, and learn where the shade comes and goes and try for the most shade. Other than that, make sure you clean stuff like bird shit off right away. Especially on windows, it will mess up the plastic.
Also, there's a zillion threads on how to keep the plastic windows looking good.

Bestop and somebody else (Clover Patch?) make a storage duffle so you can roll up your side and back windows and carry them around with you in case you need to throw the top up quick. But most of all they keep the windows from getting scratched all to hell. It doesn't take long.
