Default on board computer question

A "Low Fuel" warning used to flash on the display that shows the outside temp/compass when a low fuel condition existed. Now I only have a fuel pump on the instrument cluster that lights up. Any ideas on why the "Low Fuel" warning quit flashing on the display?

Are you sure it wasn't on the odometer or trip odo?

If you push the button that looks like an odometer reset it toggles between settings. One setting is DTE (distance till empty)... if your low fuel light is on it will say "low fuel" instead of a number of miles.
