Krylon Fusion paint, its a paint for plastics. Mask off the body and spray away. Did the TJ few years back, lasted through a couple canadian winters and was still nice and black when I sold it. Just picked up another can to do my JK. Haven't done it yet though but the plastic is about the same so can't imagine any bad results.

That is actually my thought as well. I got 2 gallons of bedliner and doing my front bumper and rockers (rear is new so not sure if I want to do it yet). Was thinking of doing the fenders as well so it all matches. But.. figured I would see how difficult it is to paint the bumper first before going all in. Went with monstaliner.
Personally wouldn't do plastidip on the fenders since they get scratched and not a big fan of having to touch up if I don't have to.
