Default Black Jeep Emblems

I see pics of fellow Jeepers that have the Black "Jeep emblem on the grill. Does anyone here know where I can get one?

I, along with most others, just removed the stock chrome one, painted or bed-lined it, and stuck it back on. It remains surpisingly sticking after you take it off, and goes back on no problem.
