The "Bestop HOSS™ Window Storage Duffle" looks like this kinda hides the windows from plan view. I like that but I am wondering what it hangs from. Is it hanging from the metal piece that the bottom of the rear window slides into or the folded down top bars? It looks like the windows roll up width way to fit between the body humps so I'm thinking the longer metal piece must go somewhere.

I use this storage duffle, and I like it. I don't know what they have it lashed to in the picture, but it's not the tailgate retainer bar. In the picture, the tailgate retainer bar is used to hold the soft top boot in place. The instructions say that the duffle can be secured to the sport bars, but they don't tell you how, and I don't see how you would do that, since it's not wide enough. I just put mine in the little trunk area, on top of whatever else is in there.
