Make sure you wear a gas mask and goggles for this one
Try taking your seats and doors off too, after that remove the windshield and headlights

Any chance you suffer from claustrophobia???? The jeep can appear pretty tight with the hardtop on.

I had similar symptoms as you once when my heater core was leaking in my pickup truck. Ethylene Glycol can cause similar symptoms. You might suggest that your dealer checks the heater core for leaks. Good luck!

Maybe somebody building your jeep in mexico was trying to smuggle some weed across the border, i would look for a big bag of what would appear to be oregano. Sell it and buy some mods.

When my Jeep was new (over two years ago, now) I remember a particular smell that would emit from the dash vents when running the heater that I could only describe as a "new, breaking-in smell" I also smelled it from the brakes too. But only for the first several hundred miles or so.

You may be allergic to the "new car smell" - who knows. If it doesn't get any better in the next 500 or so miles, I would take it back in, see a doctor, or both...

I would think that would just make you hungry and very happy, not sick!

Sell 1/2 of it for the mods. Keep the other 1/2 so you don't care which mods.

Try running with the top down but no heat on. Isolate whether it's coming through the heater ducts or from outside.
Alternatively, install a mopar canary warning system:
