I had similar symptoms as you once when my heater core was leaking in my pickup truck. Ethylene Glycol can cause similar symptoms. You might suggest that your dealer checks the heater core for leaks. Good luck!

Maybe somebody building your jeep in mexico was trying to smuggle some weed across the border, i would look for a big bag of what would appear to be oregano. Sell it and buy some mods.

When my Jeep was new (over two years ago, now) I remember a particular smell that would emit from the dash vents when running the heater that I could only describe as a "new, breaking-in smell" I also smelled it from the brakes too. But only for the first several hundred miles or so.
You may be allergic to the "new car smell" - who knows. If it doesn't get any better in the next 500 or so miles, I would take it back in, see a doctor, or both...
