Default Is this a bad axle U-joint on my D30?

I have done some research and this sounds to me like bad U-joints on the front axle. Can anyone confirm from the video I took yesterday? I jacked up the front and spun the tires but there did not appear to be any play in the u-joint itself and I couldn't replicate the noise. Also, is there a write-up on replacing these -- I couldn't find one. It seems like an easy job however I dont have a press or a vise to press the new ones in. Can it be done with a C-clamp?

if you go real fast does it sound like a soda can stuck in the spokes of a bicycle?



that's a bad ujoint my friend all jokes aside..

Crawl under your jeep and grab the axle shafts with your hand,rock back and forth to see if you get movement,look for rust trails,

I don't hear it during fast cornering or when driving straight at any speed.
