Back to the dealer....
So I just had my clutch replaced under warranty about a month ago and now I have a squealing sound that goes away when the clutch pedal is depressed. Throw out bearing?

A throwout bearing would be my guess. That is the same symptom my 09 Rubicon had with only 450 miles on it. Took it to the dealer and they replaced the throwout bearing and the squeal was gone.
