29k miles on a lifted rubicon, just had new gears installed a week ago, and noticed driver front leak today. Most likely an issue with the gear install job. Will be calling the service shop that installed the gears in the morning.

Front passenger leaking at 19,800 miles on 07 Unlimited Rubicon with 4.5" AEV lift and BFG 37s. Started leaking after doing Rowher Trail during rain (yes believe it or not in SoCal) and much mud. Replaced axle seals and all better now.

30k right front went. I also used to have the same problem on my old yj on the inner disco side. I got pretty good at changing those. I finally just didnt seat the seal fully which gave it a new spot to ride on the shaft. Hopefully I wont have the same issues on my JK
