Both fronts and drivers rear.

Stock (just some aesthetic and comfort type mods)

First time was front passenger 17k
Second time 21k drivers front

27k drivers rear

Now 45k no extended warranty but from what I can read they shoud be covered under the lifetime powertrain but its took damn cold to look under the jeep right now. But I'm willing to bet that when I do my brakes next weekend in my buddies garage I find that at least one is bad again.

Also had ball joints done underwarranty and upper/lower tie rods

Default Aftermarket solution

It's obvious OEM parts are continuing to fail so what's the aftermarket solution here? Suggestions?

Front passenger side seal blew. My fault. Submerged to the doors in silt/mud/goopy water, some got in the axle. Rear one's are going out too but the larger axle tubing and more gear oil have flushed most of the crap out.

At 38k I needed all 4 BJ's replaced. Dealer did it under warranty. They called and said they noticed that the front driver's side axle seal was leaking. Axle tube full of mud. I was surprised that it was leaking since it wasn't actually leaking out!

They repair one side seal, and all BJ's. I get it home and next day find a puddle and leaking on the front passenger side axle!!!

I'm reading here that they need to remove the axles to replace BJ's? that true? And that when reinstalling, they could shove dirt in there and damage the seal, or just damage it by not installing it carefully.

Do I have this all right? If you have to remove the axle to do BJ's, why not replace both seals!

The whole thing has me wondering if the seal was leaking at all or if they damaged it on the reinstallation of the axle. And now they damaged the other side.

EDIT: Diff was over filled by 6oz. Hopefully draining that out will do the trick. HOPEFULLY!
