Didin't get the patch or the tracking guide either. As far as the seat issue, on mine the seat adjustment handle rubs against the seat and scratches the hell out of it. I slid a piece of moleskin in between the handle and the lever to keep it from scratching more, at least until a get some kind of neoprene sleeve to cover it. Either way it's pretty annoying!
On a positive note, I love this thing! It's better then my 08 Sahara JKU and both my 98 TJ's. Not sure I would want to take this thing to the Arctic though, but....the concept is "CooL"
