So on my drive home today, the traction control, ABS, ESP/BAS and even the E-brake light came on. As of right now I don't have driving issues. It seems to be driving just fine. When I got home I used the super chips to read the code and it came back with only one C2200.

I remember last time it was a rear wheel speed sensor it had a check engine light. It does not have check engine light this time. Could it be a front wheel speed sensor (should be covered under extended warranty still) or something in the ABS system like a control module?

I searched but the only other post seemed to have been fixed by a lose battery connection. My battery is only 6 months old and so are the terminals. I redid the electrical system in December with a new battery, terminals, alternator and starter.

Looks like C2200 is an ABM module internal fault: Reset it, check it, if it comes back replace it. Here's what the FSM says

Code cleared. Immediately came back after about 10ft of driving.

That looks like it to me, but I'd go to that mopar site and enter the Jeep's VIN to double-check the number. I'm thinking the lifetime warranty might cover this.

Yea the part number for my 08 is 68030936AB

I have access to identifix and it shows this code is fixed by replacement but to also check the wiring harness too. It also must be programmed but a snap-on or similar can do it. It doesn't have to be star scan.

I don't think this is covered under the lifetime powertain but the front wheel speed sensors are covered under an extended 15 year warranty.

How do I know this isn't the front wheel speed sensors? Would it throw a code specifically for them like the rear speed sensors do?

Great so today all is back to normal and no codes.

Yep, there's codes for each wheel sensor. Strange that it cleared itself, intermittent problems are the worst.

I have a trip coming up in a few days. If this starts acting up again can I pull fuse J5 or J6 to fix it? I had a rear wheel speed sensor that went bad on me in the middle of nowhere and was cutting power to the engine. I was able to pull one of those fuses (can't remember) and deactivate it to drive back home.

Would this be the same?

I think it's J6 and J7 that feed the ABM, those are what I'd try. BTW, the rear speed sensors can often be fixed by removing them and cleaning off the crud. They're exposed in the parking brake area (the reluctor is on the axle) and are slightly magnetic.
