I just hate the idea of having it in my mind..
its weird they just issued that recall because seems to me that if they changed the software from january on,,, why they didt issue it earlier??????

I had the original TSB 18-036-06 stall bug flash done on 01/23/2007
...Yet.
You will pardon me if i am less than enthusiastic about it curing the problem. I hope it does, but after 9 months of stalling, i am a bit skeptical. I hope it did the trick and i can forget about it.

Recall G25. I got my notice in the mail yesterday. Figures the recall came out the day after I had it at the dealer for an oil change (go to the dealer since the include free oil changes for life)

Damn it all to hell...I thought this one was gonna pass me by. It figures my wife was driving me into work today. On the way in we were discussing taking the Jeep in for service as we just drove cross country and missed the 9000mile service are are at about 11900 miles right now. Not a block away from the office I make a right turn down a side street and BAM it happened. All the lights came on, lost the power steering and rolled into a spot on the side of the road. I haven't recieved the letter yet (but I just moved "officially" two weeks ago).
Oh well....
Oh well....
