Default advice anyone?

I live in the UAE and last october i bought a second-hand jeep wrangler JK 2007 sahara. now I've had some minor problems with it, like i had to fix the AC and things like that. then before the summer in about june i went to my local garage and bought and installed a performance exhaust to increase torque and to make it sounds better. Since i installed the exhaust my car has over heat a few times, most notably the 3-times in the past week. Now my question is, can this overheating be cause by the exhause that i have installed or is something else i should be looking for! someone has alraedy told me to check for a leaky radiator and ive had it checked and the guys said there was now problem!

Start by making sure your cooling fan by the radiator is working, if it is it could either be your thermostat (the valve that regulates your coolant, or the sensor in the radiator that detects the coolant temp. 06/ 07 chrysler products are notorious for this problem. But if your fan is working I would bet on the thermostat.

Unless you have some kind of an exhaust obstruction, I see no way a new exhaust could cause an overheating condition. Also, is it actually overheating, or is it maybe a defective temperature gauge/sensor reading high?

when you do your thermostat make sure your radiator cap is good. you want a cap that holds the right amount of pressure and vents properly.
