Hardtop is white most likely to make interior seem larger. The ones that people have panted dark colors (search threads) will likely seem smaller at first glance to someone first getting in.
As far as color, I am 44 and decided on flame red. I wanted a bright color but didn't want something I personally would get sick of or regret 6-10 years down the road. Plus, I am dealing with some health crap right. Ow so this was my midlife crisis vehicle for a REAL midlife crisis!! I might as well make it look like it then.
So depending on how long you are going to keep it, think about down the road and how happy you will be with your youthful color choice.
Also remember Jeeps shout out youthfulness already!!!

I got black forest green. Looks absolutely black except when in very bright sunlight. I like it. I see you also asked about anti-spin diff. From what I have read on here I think it is not worth it. The brake lock differential BLD does a very good job simulating the limited slip. Do a search on BLD and I think you will come to the same conclusion I did. The anti-spin is a wear item that would likely need service later on in miles.

I pick up my crush JKU this Saturday and can't wait. However I went to the dealership this past saturday and they had a gecko JKUR there that someone had ordered and I don't think I could own one but I really like looking at them. So in other words I'll take my Crush but I want everyone else to order the gecko so I can watch them go by lol.

I like all the JK colors. Out of the 2 I voted Gecko
only because I haven't seen one in person yet. However, I'm not sure Id want to live with either color for years to come.

I was debating on these 2 colors for a while until I saw the Gecko in person....so if it's still available for the 2013's, I'll be ordering a 2013 JKU Gecko Rubi on June 6th, to replace my 2010 JKU Sport. Can't wait!

Not yet, I just got my paper work from tread lightly and just got all my credit cards paid off. I need to stack another grand for my down payment. So I think I'll be ready to order in another 4 to 6 weeks! Also just realized that sirius is required for the connectivity group so thats another unplanned $200. I am really leaning towards Crush, hopefully its available when I go to order. The only think I dont like about Crush in certain light it has a look of pastel, but I love when its a deeper reddish orange looking. The think I didn't like about the gecko is I plan on doing most of the "artic" mods and dont want it to endup looking like a mountain edition knock off. I think by going with crush I can establish my own special editon while retaining OEM styling.
