Default 2017 rubicon unlimited rattle

I just bought a 2017 rubicon unlimited and I have a small rattle coming from the rear passenger quarter panel. I think it might be the plastic wheel we'll cover. Does any one have any ideas?

Welcome the world of jeeps. It's been my experience that they rattle. And by the time i figure it out, it stops and something starts to squeak, then it stops and something begins to vibrate.

I've merged this and an identical thread from the OP and then moved it into JK Stock Tech.

Ditto. The nature of the beast...But we still love them.

Just an update - the rattle was coming from the tail light connector on the passengers side. Wrapped it in foam and no more noise.
