Exclamation 2013 JK - ESC On/Off

I have read a number of threads in this forum regarding issues where the ESC light is coming on, but none seem to fit the experience I am having. I have a 2013 JK Unlimited with all stock components (including no lift)... over the past month, there are times when I start the Jeep and the ESC light is on. Generally when it is on, it stays on until I turn the Jeep off (there have been a few times when after driving for a few minutes, it turns off). Other times the light is off when I start the Jeep and it stays off.

I tried washing underneath to see if there was anything obstructing/causing the issue, did not help. At no time does the ABS warning light come on (as I have seen in other threads). Curious if anyone else has experienced this and/or has thoughts on what to look at. Ultimately I will take it to my mechanic, but wanted to do as much of my own trouble shooting as possible. Thanks

Is everything else completely normal? Voltage issues can cause a variety of problems with dash lights, Speedo and tach. Those things have acted strange for me and many others when either the battery was going bad or there were loose battery connections.

Thanks, yeah everything else is working fine, and no other lights on the dash. This has been a really cold/rough winter, and the Jeep has been cranking over slowly, will check the battery.

Extra fact... it’s not just that the ESC lite comes on, the actual traction control is disable (I can get all wheels to spin). The times when the light is off, traction control works as expected.
