My 2013 used to do the same thing until the AC went completely dumb and only now blows out of the defrost vents. The dealership thinks the actuator has failed however you can hear it cycling like normal when you remote start the jeep.

My 2013 JKUR has done this ALOT and I'd have to randomly turn the dials to get it to come back on but it recently went away?? Not sure what's going on hopefully it doesn't come back though!

seriously if you have the center dash off , or just pulled out just a little ,the control knobs get outa wack,
I've had mine off for lights & switches and the temp control knob comes unhooked on the back every time .
you might see it through the glove box. hope you fix it .

Wow, many more responses than I expected.

I've been using the remote start lately, and havent noticed it. Maybe since its on for a minute before driving.

No I've noticed if a remote start even when I turn off ac (I've got auto air) it still uses ac when I on manual mode. I know its not blowing that cold of air when its 105 here and ac is supposedly not on

2012 JKU same thing. No real pattern but has "Brown out" about a dozen or so times with a/c on no problems with heat. Blower just quits for a few seconds then comes right back.

Default My 2013 JKU does it too

It has done a brown out several times while I was driving (it is my wife's DD).

Let me know if anyone finds a fix to this.
