If it's a manual with 32 in tires 5th gear will give you 51 mph at 2000 rpm with 3.73 and 4.1 will give you 46 mph at 2000 rpm.

I was in the same situation and had the parts department print out my build sheet. The window sticker did not mention a gear ratio.

I have a 2012 2dr Rubicon with a manual transmission.

Don't know if I am incorrect but it just comes down to where you get your information from. Mine basically came from others on the forums so your probably right. I was frustrated just like this guy is because I thought I had 4.10 but it wasn't on the window sticker and the dealership informed me to get a build sheet because it could have 3.73. I questioned this as well on the forums and got multiple answers but the one that matched up for me is what I wrote earlier. The thing with the max two package came from the dealership which prompted my whole reason for making sure I had 4.10, because they say it drops to a 3.73 if you don't specify you want to keep 4.10. Luckily mine was a special build someone else ordered and they kept the 4.10.

Same thing happened to me. I was talking with the salesman and mentioned that one of the reasons I wanted a Rubi was for the 4.10 gearing (having an '07 with the 3.8, I thought this was a necessity). I was also under the impressions that the Rubi's still came with them standard. Well, it was my fault, but I didn't double check, and ended up with 3.73s (automatic).

Thing is, I had it lifted and put 35's on before I even realized they weren't 4.10s. Now with 10k plus on it, several local wheeling trips and a week in Colorado, I'm glad I have the 3.73s. With the new engine and auto tranny, they give me plenty of low end and I still get the better gas mileage.

This thread worried me to death that maybe my 11 Rubicon didn't have the 410 ratio that I thought I bought but I emailed Chrysler & in about an hr they emailed me my build sheet and the front & rear both had them. Thank goodness

I put 3.73's in the rear, and 4.10's in the front becouse the only time I really need the lower gear ratio is when I'm in 4wheel drive.

That is stupid. You WILL break something very soon. You have to do both if you want to use your 4wd. You can't honestly think this is ok?
