alright. I guess the 1 guy that said only in 4lo i guess its possible the dealership his jeep is from changed it somehow

Na, I'm sure mine will do it in 4HI as well then. I don't know for sure, never tried it.

I was always under the assumption that the sway bar disconnect needed 4LOW just like the lockers. Hard to believe that Jeep would allow it to be disconnected while driving down the road at speeds.

actually they disconnect in 4hi but once u get over 15 or 20 i forget it which they auto connect. I figured that out going down a fireroad

Yup you are correct and the sway bar light will flash then when you slow down it disconnects and the light stays on.

The vehicle is recommended to be on level ground. This is also in the manual.

yeah and that flash bugs the shit out of me cause it wont turn off till u stop

I have a 2013 Anniversary Rubicon. Switches are on the lower left of the steering wheel. I've disconnected the battery cable, checked for error code with my flashcal. I get nothing from the indicator lights on the dash..... tried in 4L stopped and under 18 mph. I'm thinking the switch panel it self could be bad.
