2012 Rubi swaybar and lockers not working

I was always under the assumption that the sway bar disconnect needed 4LOW just like the lockers. Hard to believe that Jeep would allow it to be disconnected while driving down the road at speeds.

No. I'm partially incorrect. Na, I'm sure mine will do it in 4HI as well then. I don't know for sure, never tried it. I have a 2013 Anniversary Rubicon. Switches are on the lower left of the steering wheel. I've disconnected the battery cable, checked for error code with my flashcal. I get nothing from the indicator lights on the dash..... tried in 4L stopped and under 18 mph. I'm thinking the switch panel it self could be bad.
