Default 2012 misfire code

I know this is common, but what are people and dealerships doing to solve it? I was told by my mechanic your best bet is to trade it in. What are other people doing?

I sold my 2012 JKU a year ago but I had this happen...at first, the dealerships had no idea what you were talking about if you brought this up, but it's a pretty well known issue now. If you take it in to a dealership, they should replace the head.
