I have a 2012 JK and I used the 4h in the snow last week. Yesterday I took him out and it was 60 and sunny. When I was driving it felt like I was pushing against something. I can not get him over 60 MPH. I stopped and put it in 4h again and then back to 2wd and drove backwards for about 20 feet and through a puddle. It seemed to help, but after I stop and turn him off and then get back in right back to the same feeling. What in the world could be making him feel like that? I also noticed that when I push the brakes it pulls to the left pretty badly. Then if I have to push the brakes hard then the traction control comes on and makes me swerve. Some jack ass pulled out in front of me and I have to slam on the brakes and it jerked the wheel.

 

Sounds like your brakes are locked which is usually a caliper not sliding on the floater pins or the caliper is just worn out. Check the discs after driving. Probably find one is very hot.
