2012 hardtop missing parts?

2012 hardtop missing parts?
So i was.taking off.my hardtop top to pull out my soft top which is for sale and i noticed the areas where the hoses n wires go into the.top itself has no gromes or boots. Just holes cut sort of unfinished looking. Am i missing parts or did jeep kinda cheep out on fininshing the job.
