I have similar problem. Had the throwout bearing, pilot bearing, clutch assembly replaced at 1500 miles on my '11 2dr rubi. Ever since I have the marbles in a can sound when accelerating in 3rd or 4th gear. I'm at 7300 now, other then the sound it performs fine. Also had an '08 that popped out of 1st gear, had tranny was replaced at 4500 miles. Drove it for another 28000 and traded it in without further issue

2011, JK, 6-speed...about 12K miles. No issues so far...

20,000kms on mine and its flawless, the TSB for the rubber shift boot fixed my shifting problems in the cold too.
