Default 2011 instrument panel glare

Anybody getting annoyed by the chrome ring around the gauges? When i pass under a street light there is a reflection off the chrome ring as if a warning light went off. It happens in the sunlight also. It makes me like my son's 2008 Rubicon gauges better.

I'll swap you my '08 Sport for your '11; no shiny things whatsoever on my dash.

Post Blindingly Obvious

Having shiny reflective things on the dash may look good in the sales brochure, but in real sun-lit life,it's a pain.Ditch the chrome by scuffing with ScotchBrite,& applying matte black with an artists brush (or mask & spray) I had a Honda Pacific Coast that had a chrome surround on the ignition switch;the sun hit that just right, instant glare...Blacked it out,no pain.

Had it happen to me and though it was a warning light too.
I'd prefer them to be matt black, like my shifter/transfer knobs are.
