No; came out in '09. My '08 didn't have it, but then the ABS pump failed & got it & the module replaced under warranty; have had HSA since then. I'm fairly sure you'd need to get a new ABS control module to have HSA, but it may be worth checking with a dealer just in case it's just a matter of a re-flash
