Default 2 questiona p030 code

I threw a po3o code I know what the code means but here is the question, 2 weeks After i threw the code I disconnected the battery to clear the check engine light and the check engine light has not come back on. Does this mean that I just got a bad tank of gas or is my cat really bad and the code will come back?
I have a right front signal that goes in and out. I will drive turn the right signal on and it starts out fine after 10 or 15 sec it starts clicking really fast like th bulb is bad, but then at he next turn it goes back to norm. So Is th ebulb bad ? because it doesn't look it. or is there a loose wire that i cannot find? Any ideas?

Do you mean you have one of the misfire codes, (P0300 to P0306)?
If so, which one?

Alright, I need some clarification.
Is it P0300? P0430? Or is it both codes?

Default not the p030 code

It is the p0430 code I think the one that say the catalytic converter is bad. I cleared the code and it hasn't come back yet, Bad gasoline?
