Default 2 door soft top window and door frame storage

I took down the soft top, but haven't figured out what to do with the door frame pieces and the windows. I see that there are some storage bags and such when doing a search. What do you do? Do you carry all of the pieces with or or leave them at home. If it rains, I don't think you can put the top back up without the door frames, right?

I put roll my windows up put them in a home made bag similar to the Clover Patch one and put them behind the back seat. I leave the door frames in place until it is time to put the hardtop on for the winter.

I leave them on the door frames. They don't get in the way.
