Default 2 door rear seat removal

Anyone have instructions on how to remove the rear seat?

OK, I guess I'm being lazy. I haven't read the whole manual or really looked closely at the seat, but my initial observation shows that it wasn't made for removal......

Hope someone knows better, thanks.

it removed very easy!!

flip it up,

push down on the long bar(runs the entire length of the seat, from hing to hing), that unlockes it...

removed,,, its alot easier install than the TJ's thats for sure....

Default Thanks

Thanks guys, I finally got the little manual out and learned some stuff.....

Got the seat out for our 1st trip to the hills tomorrow morning. The late bowhunting season opens in the morning here in western Washington and we're heading for the high country!

Hope the rain lets up for a while.

Default rear seat

I took mine out the day I brought it home and it hasn't been back in since, but it was very easy to get out , if you have the subwoofer I think your manual says to remove it but it's not necessary.Good Luck hunting.

Whatever you do..don't forget to cuss and sweat!!! Mine wouldn't budge the first time untill I got my blood pressure up and started to curse DC. Then it just came right out.
Just the first time though - it's cake now.

Try to go through the manual sometime if you haven't, there's lot of good things in there! One of my favorites is disabling the chime when you drive without your seatbelt.

I've never gone through the book myself but read lots of the tips on this forum.
