It's a common problem about 99% of the 6 speeds have, mine included. Some guys on here have had it fixed under the warranty, but I was told my Jeep was highly modified and no warranty work could be done. So take it to the stealership and give it a shot.

Im currently sitting at the dealership with my Jeep for the same problem... they told me the release bearing and 1 & 2 gears need changing. I only have 27,000 kms Warranty FTW.

Is it body lifted or stock?

If body lifted I took a dremel and removed some of the plastic material in the gearbox which was making contact with the rubber boot. So far it has fixed the issue and I havent jumped out of gear for a while now.

Please dont take it the wrong way but knowing that you have the same issue as i do gives me some relief. If an expert as you has the same issue that i have makes me feel less bad.

For the rest, there is a TBS (21-001-10 REV A) already. Havent been able to do it since im in Mexico and apparently numbers dont match but you may have better luck.

TBS attached

Are you guy'es inner shift boots in place?

I've heard that they can be out of place from the factory.

With that said, mine is in place, but will occasionally fall out of gear when it's very cold out. Like, 20*F, or below. For whatever reason, it didn't do it all last year though.
