Default 19.22 MPG and still climbing.

Ok just thought I would share an observation.
Between 0- 2000 KLM on the ODO I was getting 18.23 MPG highway/city combined consistently.
Between 2000- 2500 KLM my MPG has been climbing consistently. I now get 19.22 MPG and its still climbing.
I’m impressed with the Mileage so far. My 05 Liberty was lucky to achieve 15 MPG!

Is this hand calculated or just a read from the computer. My computer says around 19 when I'm really getting 17.5-18 (most of the time closer to the 17.5). This is suburban driving, no highway.

Are you recalculating kilometers to miles? I just noticed the discrepancy between klm on the odo and mpgs. Just curious.

Good news for you, this problem is easily fixable. Just put some 35 inch tires on it and you'll be back with the rest of us at 14 MPG. Don't loose sleep over it, just start your mods!
