16 inch steelies with 33s on stock unlimited rubicon?

I recently traded in my 2009 2 door jk x for a 2010 unlimited rubicon. Next weekend the dealership is going to be swapping the wheels and tires(285/75r16) from my old 2 door to the stock rubicon. After thinking about it for a little while I'm starting to get worried that I may having rubbing issues. Has anyone ever tried to run this or something similar and had any issues? Here is a photo of the wheels and tires on the old two door.
