**UPDATE** Hey guys,, so my case was approved by headquaters, they siad that the last tim ei brought it in was more than eneough for me to work with them on a fix , sooooo now it is with the local dealership management for the final approval of the investigation process. now they review all the records again and now i am waiting on a call back from the local manager so i can hopefully push this though so i can do something by next week!! ill let u guys know what else happens,,,
IF YOU GUYS ARE LOOKING TO DO THE BUYBACK OR BUYBACK TRADE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ALL YOUR "STUFF" OFF AND PUT IT BACK TO STOCK, IF YOU HAVE MODDED IT AT ALL THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!! IF YOU HAVE HAD IT IN 3 OR MORE TIMES OPEN A CASE WITH CHRYSLER!!!

jdanthony, Well good luck to you and I hope it works out in your favor.
Always remember that dealers in are in it for the money. Not customer satisfaction. Make sure you look over the new contract real hard.
Now, they want to get rid of this pesky little problem. They will get rid of a new jeep and stuck with an older one. That leaks. So how can we make money from this ? Just be aware and very careful of the verbage in the new contract. They will more than likely try their best to stick you with some left over fee's from the old vehicle. And like me, all I wanted was to get rid of the leak problem Jeep and move on. Once things settled down, a week later I read the contract and found out they added 6 K to the JKU from the 2dr.
They are scam artist and pretty darn good at what they do. Pick up these small tiny little items in the contract before you put ink to it. I was told the 2dr, was completely paid off so I was'nt even looking for it at signature time.
Sometimes, (and they know this ) that the excitation of finally getting rid of a nasty old headache, and getting the JKU that you really wanted anyway that will help them slip something by you. And being excited standing there looking at your new vehicle and possibilities of what it will look like once mods are added can make you forget that yes they are making you happy, and yes, they are going to make money doing it. Just be careful and hold your ground until the end. Don't let them scam you with the fine print writing.
And once you do get the JKU parked in your driveway, post some pics.

I just drove my jeep this morning and this was the first time it has been covered in dew from the night and my door leaks... Looks like I get to go to the dealer!
