We're close. . . 93k on our Oct' 06 bought / built Rubicon.
Clutch disc replaced under waranty. We're also on the second pressure plate.
Have 11k on second set of OEM BFG's. (Sipe, Sipe, Sipe!!!)
Only the 2nd set of rear brakes. Fronts haven't been touched and are still 1/4+ pad.
Rear locker rarely works.
Front locker won't unlock for miles and miles. . . if it locks at all.
E-disco still works perfect.
JK is still quiet with zero rattles, and the hard top only leaks at the car wash.

16k here on my 08. Have had some more annoyances than real problems...emissions module kicked up tons of codes for a while and only after several trips in did they realize it was installed upside down @ the factory causing a switch to engage that should not have!

My father has about 78k on his '07. He ran 60k on his stock rubi tires. I'm surprised they lasted that long!!!! They weren't even "bald", just well worn down.
