On my old '10 Sahara I added Rubi rock rails and of course lift/tires/wheels. The painted fenders got beat to crap. My new '12 Rubi has black fenders for that very reason. Enjoy your new Rubi!!!!!!

I personally like the black fenders. The second day I had the jeep, I put a deep scratch in the front fender. You can hardly see it, and if it was painted, i would have to get it fixed.
