Hey Guys,
This bumper looks great, I think I am going to pick one up.
I have a question for Rugged Ridge though.
Does it come with the tow hook shown in the picture?
I need to be sure I still have tow points on the front.

Default Already ordered

I ordered mine the day after Christmas. I can't wait to get it. I do like tube bumpers. Many of the others look a bit gaudy to me. There is something very Jeepy about a highly functional yet affordable and attractive bumper. All my older Wranglers and CJs have ended up with some kind of tube bumper, but most were some kind of local shop welded thing. This looks much nicer. Nice job Rugged Ridge.

According to the directions that came with mine you use part #11236.03 for the tow hook. Looks like it was originally intended as a tow hook for the TJ. Another $40.00 from the site I bought my bumper from.

I'll finally have to learn how to post pics. I hope I'm better at installing the bumper than using computers.

The D-ring thing is a downer. Perhaps I can figure something out, but I may have to get buy with the little hooks.

Default My Bumper

Forgive the fuzzy cellphone pictures, but here mine is. I'm happy with it becuse it seems to offer a good balance between weight and strength. I do intend to order the hooks for a better recovery point up front. Good job Rugged Ridge.
Time to start saving for a winch!!!
