Default Sneak preview of our own transmission cooler .

I know a lot of you out there have been thru the issue of transmission heating up not shifting properly, we did to specially on ours that we take down Baja, prerunning, and thru some extreme terrain, so we did our own and bigger transmission cooler here is some pics its all made with quality products (nothing from china)

The kit can be sold separate but we do not have instructions or a video yet. I would be glad to walk customer through the install if they purchase.

We don't have a specific price right know but i know that i can get it for you guys around $ 240.00 deliver. (Thats just a estimate)

We will like to get your input .

That is a massive trans cooler. Have you guys tested the flow of the fluid and see if it has any effect on the pumps efficiency?

That price is really steep and that cooler maybe a little over kill.

As a engineer myself we tend to overdesign by nature, I like that thought process.

I'd pay the $$ for this, it's not cheapie cheapie that's for sure, nice work!

I would share the same concerns as others, air flow, and trans oil level/pressure due to extended lines in a big cooler such as this.

Iran an engineer also and what I know is over designed is good but if it costs to much and puts thought of the market you wont sell very many. And while like the design I think your asking way to much. Good try though

What hose fittings are you using? Do you have any before/after transmission temperature readings on a particularly abusive drive?

I purchased another brand of cooler that was similar in design and size a few years ago. They incorporated an external oil filter with their kit. I think it used the PF 2 (standard oil filter). That kit was $100 about 12 years ago. Your price would be about right (based upon inflation) if you had the external filter as well.
